Summary:
A Peace Corps recruiter will reach out to you in order to schedule your interview. My recruiter used a Doodle schedule for those interviewing to indicate their availability (60-90 minutes) and then followed up with a final interview time including documents to review and an explanation of the interview process. Peace Corps uses a video software program, similar to Skype or Adobe Connect, for their interviews so situate yourself accordingly (check what is visible in your background, lighting, etc.) when it is time for your interview. I found the interview questions to be similar to those I have been asked in the past, behavior-based questions. The Peace Corps recruiter interviewing you will explain the process at the beginning of your interview, especially how he or she will be taking notes while you answer the questions...then begins your interview.
Final Thoughts:
There is all sorts of advice on the internet for those interviewing about how to make yourself the best candidate (do a quick search and you'll see!), but my best piece of advice is simply to BE YOU! Know yourself and why you want to serve as a Peace Corps volunteer; this will show in your interview.
