Teaching in the lab!

I was fortunate to be able to teach two of my Integrated Science - Biology classes in the lab today. All of these students are one class, but they are so well behaved the large class size isn't a struggle. After their group work, we performed food tests for starch, protein, and lipids which they had only ever read about in their textbooks.
