Ice Cream from the US!

Two weeks ago I made the trek to get my mail, including two care packages. My awesome mom included an ice cream sandwich for a birthday treat. I saved it until this afternoon when I enjoyed it on my patio. The flavors were spot-on though the texture wasn't what you would expect...until you remember it is freeze dried. I highly recommend this product and would eat one again, even if I was in the US and had access to a freezer! Thanks, mom!!!
