Mac 'n Cheese Me, Please

This evening I sat outside and ate my leftover mac 'n cheese and enjoyed the sounds of nature. Earlier in the day I had some students stop by and we sat out here and chatted about America and their lives here in Ghana.
This is my stove for the next 26 months. For those of you who know me well, I was able to strike a match and get the burner lit all on my own this afternoon. I had food from home for the first time since arriving in Ghana 5 weeks ago today...so glad I stuffed Velveeta shells into my carry-on and the cheese packet into my checked luggage what seems like months ago when I was packing.
