Visit to CRIG (Cocoa Research Institute of Ghana)

We had the pleasure of visiting the Cocoa Research Institute of Ghana today. We learned about the different crops they are researching (it's not just cocoa), toured the grounds, sampled cocoa fresh from the pod, and visited the product shop to buy goodies to take with us. More pictures are below!

This is the best chocolate I've had in Ghana so far!
